You are a writer who thinks in ideas. You don't just fill briefs, you bring something to them. You understand how language works differently on TikTok versus a landing page versus a paid social ad, and you care deeply about getting it right for each one.

You are a visual thinker who understands the internet. You know instinctively what makes someone stop scrolling, why a piece of content feels native to a platform versus out of place, and how visual language shifts across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond.

You'll be the person our clients trust most. Their strategic lead, their day-to-day partner, and the person who makes sure the work we do for them is exceptional and driving results. You'll own your accounts commercially, shape campaign strategy, brief and manage our internal teams, and play an active role in new business pitching.

You are the strategic brain behind the creative work we produce for our clients. You don't make the ads, you define what they should be, why they should work, and what they need to say. You translate business objectives and audience insight into creative territories, campaign concepts and briefs that inspire and direct our creative teams to produce breakthrough work.

You'll own and execute growth marketing strategies across a portfolio of 3-4 high-growth client accounts, managing millions of dollars in media spend across paid social, paid search, programmatic and more. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll be hands-on every day, building campaigns, analysing performance, shaping creative, and driving measurable outcomes.

The work we do is complex. A single client engagement might span a paid social campaign, a new landing page, a conversion tracking overhaul, a creative production shoot and an app store optimisation project, all running concurrently. We need a Project Manager who can hold all of that together without a single thing slipping.

You are the person who makes the creative real. When the brief is written and the concept is agreed, you take it from idea to finished asset, managing the people, the logistics, the shoot, the edit and the delivery with the precision and calm that complex production demands.

You'll support our Senior Producers across the full range of Growthcurve's production output, from short-form social video and paid ad creative to full campaign shoots, motion projects and UGC coordination. You'll be in the detail on every production: helping plan, organise, coordinate and deliver, while building your knowledge of what it takes to produce great content at pace and at scale.

As we scale, the thing that sets the best agencies apart from the rest is the quality of their operations. We're looking for an Operations Manager who can build the systems, processes and commercial discipline that let Growthcurve grow faster, deliver better and run more profitably than anyone else in the market.

Design runs through every piece of work we produce: paid ad creative, landing pages, brand identities, creative campaigns, decks and everything in between. We're looking for a Head of Design who can own that end-to-end - setting the visual standard across the agency, leading our design craft, and making sure every pixel that leaves Growthcurve is genuinely considered and genuinely well made.

The work speaks for itself. But we're not yet as famous as we deserve to be. We're looking for a Senior PR Manager to fix that: someone who can own Growthcurve's external profile, get us into the publications, podcasts, stages and conversations that matter, and make sure the industry knows what we're actually doing.

Design runs through everything we make: paid ad creative, landing pages, brand systems, campaign assets, pitch decks and pitches for Growthcurve itself. We're looking for a Senior Visual Designer who can raise the craft bar on all of it, set the standard for junior designers beneath them and deliver exceptional work at the pace modern growth marketing demands.

We've staked our identity on being the first truly AI-native growth agency. That's not a marketing line, it's a commitment. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to be a full time AI Automation Engineer... Someone who builds the internal tools, automations and AI-powered workflows that give our team genuine leverage over the work. We have already invested a lot in mastering Ai workflows and automation, this role will build on that already strong culture and momentum.

You're a hands-on UI designer working across web and mobile, producing responsive websites and app interfaces for a rolling slate of client projects. You'll work closely with our Growth Marketers, Creative Strategists plus our Design and Development Studio to take projects from brief through to high-fidelity, production-ready designs. This is a monthly rolling contract with consistent ongoing work, not a one-off project.

You're the technical lead on this build. You'll take the project from initial architecture through to launch and hand-off, working closely with our Design Director, UI Designer, Creative Strategist and the client's product team. This is a hands-on build, not a management role. You'll write the code, set up the infrastructure, design the content model, implement the integrations and own the deployment pipeline.

Video is core to almost everything we produce: paid ads, UGC, influencer content, brand films, teasers, original episodic content and the vlog of our own agency's growth. We're looking for a socially native Junior Video Editor to sit at the heart of our in-house production team and cut it all.

You'll be on the ground with our CEO and team, camera in hand, capturing the actual journey of building Growthcurve. One day you're in our East London office catching a pitch prep; the next you're following the team to an industry event; next week you might be on a plane to New York, Dubai or somewhere we haven't planned yet. You'll document the real thing: the wins, the behind-the-scenes, the client meetings that become stories, the late nights, the breakthrough moments, the team dynamics. This is documentary-style videography, not stage-managed content, so instinct, speed and a sharp eye matter more than perfect set-ups.
