We're looking for a talented Visual Designer to craft outstanding artwork for our mixed media advertising campaigns which are seen by millions of consumers in markets all around the world. You'll join our fast-growing London team at our headquarters in the heart of the City of London and be given the trust and responsibility to make a huge impact on our studio and the work we produce. As a Growth Marketer, you’ll be the architect and operator of high-impact paid marketing campaigns that drive real-world growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own growth strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X, and more
- Run paid media campaigns end-to-end from planning and setup to execution, optimisation, and scaling
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with Growthcurve’s in-house creative studio to produce scroll-stopping video and static ads
- Manage client relationships, present insights with clarity, and act as the strategic advisor in weekly calls and growth reviews
- Use first-party data, analytics platforms (GA4, Adjust, Northbeam, etc.), and in-house tools to extract actionable insights and inform decisions
- Launch and scale multi-channel campaigns with budgets ranging from $10K to $1M+ per month
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and CRO experts to maximise full-funnel efficiency and ROI
- Continuously test new channels, formats, and tactics, always aiming to find the next edge
