The Role

As a Senior Digital Project Manager at Growthcurve you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex site builds, design sprints, full funnel marketing campaigns, content creation, live action film production, growth marketing experiment, mobile app development projects and more with varying levels of technical difficulty and a wide range of budgets.

You'll lead from the front delivering your own 6-7 figure programme of projects as well as managing multiple direct reports to ensuring we always meet our commitments to our clients.

As we deliver such a broad range of innovative projects often dealing with emergent technology it's crucial that you help establish a robust and delivery process and that you are well versed in leading teams through initial requirements gathering and solution design.

Base Salary: Highly Competitive, DoE


  • Plan out the most effective way to deliver outstanding creative and technical work with the resources and time you have available
  • Thoroughly define our monthly scope of work for each client and ensure projects are delivered within this agreed scope
  • Create accurate project forecasts from a time, cost and resource perspective
  • Think beyond briefs and suggest additional services (e.g. proof of concept development) if it could de-risk the project or improve its potential outcome
  • Track project progress, budgets and maximise efficiency across teams
  • Identify scope creep, identify change requests and manage accordingly
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress at all times and manage expectations proactively
  • Build up your technical understanding of growth marketing projects and help guide clients on key issues affecting project delivery
  • Report weekly on project / campaign status to the Managing Director highlighting possible budget or timing overruns before they occur
  • Devise effective solutions to emergent issues on client accounts, so we always deliver on time and on budget
  • Identify ways to improve our project management processes and prototype new standard operating procedures, tools, templates
  • Book the right specialist resource against the project or campaign plan so that we can effectively monitor resource capacity
  • Monitor resource capacity against workload and highlight possible issues with staffing projects or accounts to avoid delays and bottlenecks
  • Successfully manage multiple suppliers, partners and clients to ensure the best outcome for Growthcurve and our clients
  • Work with our internal specialists to accurately compile an estimate for an agreed scope of work
  • Set up and facilitate post-project reviews ensuring learnings are recorded in a well structured way so they can inform future projects and help us deliver better outcomes each time
  • Balance specific client demands with project realities and reliably close the loop on all open issues in a timely manner


Required Skills


  • 5+ years in Digital Project Management (with digital agency or consultancy experience)
  • Extensive client facing experience as you will often be their main contact day to day
  • Experience working with a cross functional team of technical and creative specialists as well as the client to find the ideal approach to each project
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and senior management or board level stakeholders
  • Experienced across a range of project management methodologies including Agile and PRINCE2
  • Process oriented attention to detail, with clear and proactive communication focus
  • A strong interest in best practice for web design and software development
  • Experienced in effectively managing multiple workstreams / concurrent projects
  • Experience with stakeholder management and stakeholder communication
  • Extremely high degree of personal integrity
  • Strong proven project management skills and experience
  • Self-starter who is happy to get stuck in
  • Strong technical understanding of the web, mobile apps and video production
  • Strong proven project management skills and experience
