Designed once. Built to scale.
Youth and Earth needed hundreds of social statics for its NMN supplements campaign. The creative borrowed from the language of breaking news: bold headlines, a clear NEWS tag, editorial structure and natural creator imagery clipped directly from approved UGC videos. But the bigger challenge was scale. The assets needed to stay consistent while being produced by people who were not designers. So instead of designing hundreds of ads, we designed one system that could make them.
The Concept
The idea was simple: turn approved UGC into a repeatable news format. We clipped natural stills directly from creator videos, then paired them with bold editorial headlines designed to make the science feel immediate and worth stopping for.
From there, we built the creative as a controlled Figma system. The art direction was locked in, while the content stayed flexible.
- Start with UGC. Approved creator videos gave us a ready-made library of natural, human imagery without another shoot.
- Lock the design. The NEWS tag, typography, divider, branding and spacing were fixed inside the component.
- Keep two things flexible. Swap the creator image. Change the headline. Everything else stays on brand.
- Make it accessible. Duplicate, edit, export. The system was simple enough for non-designers to use without breaking the layout.
The Result
The system has already produced over 300 static assets, but the real value is that there is no fixed endpoint.
Any approved creator frame can become a new ad. Any new hook can drop into the same structure. Different products, messages and testing angles can keep moving through the system without rebuilding the creative each time.
That makes the output effectively limitless, while the design stays controlled. Growthcurve sets the art direction once, then gives the wider team a framework they can keep using.
More creative. More testing. No design drift.
