Character animation across carousel panels for playful brand interaction
We designed an interactive carousel experience for Phantom that transforms passive scrolling into playful engagement. The concept centers on Phantom's ghost mascot chasing a crypto coin across multiple carousel cards, creating a continuous narrative that rewards the swipe. Each panel functions as both a standalone moment and part of a larger journey, building anticipation as the ghost pursues its prize from frame to frame.

The creative challenge was choreographing motion across a fragmented format. We treated the Instagram carousel not as separate images, but as a filmstrip where each swipe advances the story. The ghost remains partially out of frame, teasing what comes next, while the coin acts as both carrot and guide. The motion design balances character animation with brand personality, keeping Phantom's playful identity intact while driving users toward the final reveal and call-to-action.

This gamified approach to social content turns audience participation into the delivery mechanism. Users aren't just viewing an ad; they're actively completing the narrative through their own gestures.
