In Focus
A campaign that uses a visual trick to say what it means. In the statics, "Clearer" is drawn slightly out of focus as a designed detail. In the motion, the whole frame starts blurred and resolves.
The Concept
Financial advertising often talks about clarity a lot without ever showing what clarity looks like. We wanted an ad that did.
In the statics, the word "Clearer" is deliberately soft while "credit options" sits sharp underneath. In the motion, we take this effect further. The card and the headline start out of focus and resolve together, so what you're looking at and what you're reading both arrive sharp at the same beat.
The promise the ad is making happens on screen rather than sitting in a claim next to it.
Making It Move
The movement of the card carries the whole idea, so we stripped everything around it back. Just the card floating at an angle in the centre, the headline off to the side, and the CTA sitting quietly in the corner.
The intention was to make the motion feel like a camera resolving rather than a Photoshop layer fading. The type carries the same treatment. "Clearer" softens and sharpens with the card, so the word saying "clearer" is also the word getting clearer.
Credit and Loan advertising tends to lead with soft-check promises and "as low as" rate ranges rather than the number someone will actually pay. Against that, an ad that visibly becomes clearer is doing more than a simple visual trick. It's saying something about how Avant wants to be seen.
